Our CO2 curing phenolic resin process is also called β-set method, in which sand and resin are mixed and molded into cores. CO2 curing phenolic resin consists of alkaline phenolic resin dissolved in water, which is does not contain harmful casting elements such as N, P, S,and hardened by carbon dioxide gas. CO2 cured alkaline phenolic resin is really suitable for the production of steel castings, iron castings, and non-ferrous alloy castings.
