Range of application:
It is applicable to clay sand, sodium silicate-bonded sand and resin sand, etc.
Application guide:
Used as a paste: squeeze out the paste and apply drag half of mold surface, then close flasks.
Used as a binder: squeeze out the product, evenly apply it on the surface of the sand core, and force the two parts to bind. In case of hot box and resin coated sand, as the sand surface is subject to high temperature, the drying time is greatly shortened to generally 30 to 45 min before the next process. The drying time shalbe extended under high humidity or low temperature, and facilitated by baking or ventilation to improve work efficiency.
Precautions:
Stored well sealed, in cool and good ventilation place, keep away from open flames or heat source.
Handle with care. Avoid crash and extrusion.
Shelf life:
3 months for BM-04 and 2 months for BM-04A.
Packaging:
Plastic tubes or bags in 20kg carton.
