High Strength Organic Warm Box Resin
High strength organic warm box resin adopts an innovative formula, which is suitable for efficient core making of aluminum castings. It shows excellent structural stability, energy saving effect and good demoulding performance during use, and is closer to the production requirements of green environmental protection. The binder system includes three components, component I is furan resin, component II is curing agent, and component III is additive.

How to Use It
• Addition ratio of each component
FW400: 1.4%-1.6 (accounting for sand weight), GW06: 0.45-0.55% (accounting for sand weight), AW07: 0.1% (accounting for sand weight).
• Sand mixing process
When using an intermittent sand mixer, first mix the sand and resin for 45 seconds, then add the curing agent and mix for 45 seconds, and finally add the additive and mix for 45 seconds. After mixing, sand is produced and cores are made.
• Selection of curing temperature and curing time
Curing temperature: 150-230℃, curing time: 5-60s, the thicker the sand core, the longer the curing time; the higher the curing temperature, the faster the curing speed, and the curing temperature is too low or the time is too short, which will cause incomplete curing of the sand core.
