Release Agent for Hot Box Resin
Forms an isolation layer between the core box and core sand, reducing the tendency of sand adhesion and scaling on the core box and improving the surface quality of the sand core.
Under general conditions, a single application remains effective for 10 to 20 consecutive molding operations.
Significantly reduces demolding resistance, eliminates deformation and cracking of the sand core during demolding, and helps improve the surface quality of castings.
Stable in quality, free from delamination, and has a relatively long shelf life.
Provides short-term rust prevention for cast iron molds.
Suitable for areas contaminated by oil, dust, etc., and helps keep molds clean.
Leaves no residue on the sand core.

Application guide:
1.Clean the pattern with organic solvents or others;
2.Mix evenly and use spray or brush to apply on the surface of pattern. Spray or brush aslittle as possible with the precondition of good performance.10-20 cycles can be applied with one sprayed pattern.
Precautions:
1.If in skin contact, wash with plenty of water.
2.TMR-01 and TMR-01-1 should be stored under the room temperature above 5 ℃ to avoid crystallization, TMR-03A which contains oil solvent should be kept away the heat resource with good ventilation.

Six months.
Packaging:
TMR-1 and TMR-01-1 are all packed in 20kg plastic pail, which TMR-03A in 17kg plastic pail, or packaged as per customer specifications.
