Release Agent For No Bake System
Anti-adhesion to ensure sand mold integrity: The isolation film can block the direct contact between the binder and the mold surface, preventing the sand mold from "sticking tightly" to the mold after curing. This ensures the sand mold has no missing corners or sand loss during demolding, directly reducing the casting rejection rate.
Mold protection to extend service life: It reduces mechanical friction between the sand mold and the mold during demolding, avoiding scratches and wear on the mold surface. At the same time, it prevents residual binder from adhering to the mold surface, reducing the frequency of mold cleaning and maintenance costs.
Improving sand mold surface quality and optimizing casting precision: High-quality release agents can fill in tiny defects on the mold surface, making the sand mold surface smoother and denser. This indirectly reduces the casting surface roughness (Ra value) and lessens the subsequent casting grinding workload.
Reducing demolding resistance to improve production efficiency: The lubricating effect of the isolation film can reduce the friction coefficient between the sand mold and the mold, making the demolding operation more labor-saving and faster. It is especially suitable for continuous operation in automated production lines.

Range of Application:
Used for wood pattern, plastic pattern and iron pattern under sodium silicate sand, resin sand and oilsand process. Not recommended for wood pattern (core box) painted with oil varnish.
Application guide:
1 .Shake evenly before application;
2.Clean the resin or remnant on the pattern with solvent or brush:3. Apply on the pattern or core box evenly by brushing or spraying, do not spray or brush too much tomake sure accurate size of sand core.
4.Leave around 15 minutes for drying before moulding.
Precautions：
1.This product is flammable and volatile. should be sealed and stored in a cool and well-ventilatedplace.Keep away from open flame, fire, and heat source.
2.lt is narcotic and stimulating, low toxicity. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection.face protection,good ventilation of work place.
3. lf skin contact, wash with plenty of water immediately.
