XB-F Type
Used separately or mixed with proper amount of refractory powder between themeshes of 150-325 and industrial alcohol.
Set aside for drying by 2 to 4h after repairing.
When used assand core adhesive, it can naturally dry after 2 to 4h with gluing tensile strength > 0.8MPa.
XB-n Type
Used separately or mixed with proper amount of roughing sand and water.
Set asidefor drying by 4 to 8h after mending or bake at temperatures 200℃ .
When used as sand core adhesiveit can naturally dry after 2 to 4h with gluing tensile strength > 0.8MPa.
XB-e Type
The use method of XB-F applies.
Surfaces coated with it touchfine and smooth.
The adhesive system is based on inorganic matters of lower gas evolution to improvethe working environment.
