Our company has advanced production equipment, such as ICS-6000 dual-system ion chromatograph, gel permeation chromatograph, specific surface area and pore size analyzer, etc. The above equipment can strictly control the content of each component in the product to ensure the quality of the product.


The ICS-6000 dual-system ion chromatograph used by our company can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of inorganic ions and organic acids in solutions. The dual-channel design of the chromatograph can achieve dual-purpose use of one machine, and can detect anions and cations at the same time, or two different detection methods. This can double the efficiency, complete multi-index detection with a single injection, and save 50% of time compared to single-channel instruments. And the two channels can be independently controlled according to needs, which is suitable for multi-dimensional analysis of complex samples. Through the precise detection of anions and cations in the material by the dual-system ion chromatograph, the harmful anion residues in the resin curing agent are monitored, the product quality is controlled, and data support is provided for process optimization and environmental compliance.

The gel permeation chromatograph used by our company also plays an important role in the production of casting resins. We use gel permeation chromatograph to determine the molecular weight distribution curve of synthetic resins such as phenolic resin and furan resin to ensure that the molecular weight distribution of each batch of resin meets the technical specifications and production requirements.

The surface area and pore size analyzer plays a role in quality control and R&D guidance in the production of casting materials, and accurately characterizes the surface properties of resins and their carriers. By comparing the pore size changes at different curing stages to judge the degree of reaction, the yield of resin can be predicted.
