Application guide:
1. For small and medium sized iron castings of complicated structure or large diference in wall thickness if can’t solve the shrinkage defects by feeding process or adding chil or riser sleeve, a layer of chiling coating at certain thickness can be brushed to reduce shrinkage defects. The coating thickness shall be between 0.2 and 0.3mm;
2. The coating can be directly applied after evenly stirring. For highly compacted sand mould and core, a small quantity of alcohol can be added for dilution；
3. For large castings or castings with large shrinkages, it is best to optimize process to reduce defects.
Storage and shelf life:
Keep in a cool and ventilated place away from fire and heat, Shelf life is 6 months under normalconditions.
Packaging:
5 to 40kg plastic pails or iron drums.
