Float Bead Exothermic Insulating Riser Sleeve
High Refractoriness: The refractoriness can reach 1580-1770°C, which can withstand the high temperature of molten metal and ensure that the riser sleeve does not melt or deform during the casting process.
Good Insulation Performance: Its thermal conductivity is low, about 0.24W/(m·K), which can effectively reduce the heat loss of molten metal in the riser and prolong the solidification time of molten metal.
Certain Strength: It has a certain compressive strength and flexural strength. The compressive strength is ≥2.5MPa, and the flexural strength is ≥5MPa, which can ensure that the riser sleeve maintains its shape and integrity during the casting process and is not easily damaged.
Good Permeability: It has good air permeability and can be applied to most clay sand and resin sand molding conditions, which is conducive to the escape of gas in the casting process and reduces the occurrence of casting defects such as pores.

YP150 exothermic insulating riser sleeve has excellent advantage of low density, high accuracy, high strength and efficient exothermic-insulating performance which is mainly applicable for small to medium steel and iron castings. It can be incorporated in mold or inserted after molding.
