Medium Size Exothermic Insulating Riser Sleeve
After the exothermic and insulating riser sleeve comes into contact with molten metal, the exothermic agent within it burns to generate heat, which heats the molten metal. At the same time, its insulating material prevents heat dissipation, thereby extending the solidification time of the molten metal in the riser.
This achieves a continuous and effective feeding effect on the casting, enabling the use of a riser with a smaller volume for casting feeding. Consequently, it improves the process yield of castings and reduces production costs.
Riser sleeves are widely used in the production of cast steel, cast iron, cast non-ferrous alloys, etc., and can be applied in various molding processes such as automatic molding lines, high-pressure molding lines, and shell molding lines, which can meet the production needs of different castings.

YF350 exothermic insulating riser sleeve is made of lightweight exothermic insulting material and used with exothermic compound of calorific value and no pollution to alloy, so as to make sure its efficient feeding performance. Its features of low emissi, good permeability and high refractoriness ensure foundry returns are clean.
YF350 exothermic insulating riser sleeve has excellent advantage of low emission, high strength and toughness which is applicable for medium to large size steel and iron castings, also the corresponding lid. Incorporated in mold is used mostly for molding.
