Application guide:
Ⅰ. Mould preparation: clean the mould by removing the used coating layer and binding materials, and evenly heat the mould to 200-250℃ (mould from production line shall be cooled, cleaned and then heated);
Ⅱ. Coating mixing: stir the coating evenly. Take required amount of coating and dilute it with water at 1:3-4 by volume, mix for a period of time until it get even;
Ⅲ. Spraying: the spray gun shall be about 20 to 30cm away from the mould and moved parallel at an even speed. The sprayed coating shall be in foggy form. After spraying the first layer, dry it and then take the second spray and so forth, Hiah insulation area shall be coated thickly while fast cool down area shall be reduced coating thickness as appropriate.
Storage and Shelf Life:
Keep in a cool and ventilated place away from fire and heat, pay attention to insulation in case of freezing under extremely low temperature, Shelf life is 6 months under normal conditions.
